Shipping policy

We deliver 24 hours a day, upon pre-order. Same day delivery is available at least 2 hours after order is placed. 

If you do not know the delivery time or address convenient for the recipient, we can clarify this information by phone or text. 

If you specify a delivery time when placing your order and the recipient is not present or does not answer calls at the time, we will contact you to reschedule delivery and additional charges may apply.
