Thank you for choosing our flower shop!
We take great pride in creating beautiful arrangements with fresh, high-quality flowers. Because flowers are perishable and custom-made, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been completed and delivered. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the flowers or your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will be happy to review the situation and offer a replacement or store credit if appropriate.
Important Notes:
• To report an issue, please email us at info@artflorist.ca or message us on Instagram/website with your order number and clear photos of the product.
• We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
• Refunds are not available for orders with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. We are committed to providing you with beautiful flowers and excellent service. Thank you for your understanding!
